In this role you will deliver prompt, friendly customer support to corporate clients across email, chat, and phone, helping with account management, transactions, and product features. You will troubleshoot issues, escalate complex cases with internal teams, and contribute to improving support processes. You'll maintain high service standards while aligning with the company's objectives and providing accurate platform guidance. Responsabilità
- Provide excellent customer service to corporate clients via email, live chat and phone
- Assist customers with financial services queries related to account management, transactions, and product features
- Offer first-line software support, troubleshooting common issues and guiding clients through technical solutions
- Investigate and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a strong understanding of the Soldo platform to provide accurate information
- Deliver service/quality standards to agreed levels
- Document and track customer issues, ensuring queries are logged and followed up
- Work closely with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
- Carry out other duties as requested by line manager
Requisiti fondamentali
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex issues in simple terms
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a can-do attitude
- Ability to handle a high volume of customer inquiries while maintaining professionalism
- Prior experience in customer service, ideally in financial services or software support
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills or willingness to learn
- Customer-centric approach with a strong desire to exceed expectations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
