Position Summary

As the Performance Management Senior Manager you’ll monitor performance and KPIs to optimize acquisitions, conversions, and commissions, while managing and forecasting budgets with a P&L approach. You will define commercial strategy through network segmentation analysis and oversee affiliate program governance, platform needs, partner onboarding, and remuneration model management.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data trends across the network, focusing on acquisitions, conversions and commissions, to optimise overall program performance.
• Plan and manage the online and offline budget with a P&L approach, focusing on affiliate remuneration and predicting performance based on variables such as sales volume and campaign effectiveness.
• Support commercial strategy based on segmentation.
• Analyse the sales network and identify key offline and online criteria to establish new omnichannel sales‑point segments; monitor the migration matrix between segments.
• Governance on the affiliate program: collect information to design new solutions and models.
• Affiliate platform request: coordinate the affiliation platform management and the development of improvements, from need to release.
• Manage activities related to partner onboarding and monthly rewards.
• Organise training sessions for different affiliate types to ensure they understand product and affiliation platform features, maximising sales.
• Streamline various online and offline remuneration models and develop a sustainable omnichannel remuneration structure based on sales‑point segmentation.
• Analyse the acquisition flow; optimise each step of the funnel (from visitors to first‑time deposits) with a data‑driven approach; benchmark competitors.
• Manage welcome offers and the welcome‑onboard programme to achieve first deposit and document completion, including non‑campaigns (Email, SMS, Push).

Qualifications

• You have demonstrated years of hands‑on performance monitoring experience, whether in‑house or at a digital agency, with a strong grasp of standard methodologies and algorithm updates.
• You’re confident with key tools (e.g. Google Analytics, business intelligence tools) and familiar with platforms like Netrefer and the microgame affiliation platform.
• You’re analytical and data‑driven, able to extract insights from metrics and refine strategies accordingly.
• You’re proactive, well‑organised and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• You communicate clearly across teams, enjoy cross‑functional collaboration and are proficient in both Italian and English.
