Descrizione del ruolo Siamo alla ricerca di un/a Luxury Watch Sales Specialist per il nostro punto vendita con sede di lavoro a Treviso. In questo ruolo a tempo pieno e in sede, sarai responsabile della gestione delle vendite, fornendo consulenza esperta ai clienti su una vasta gamma di orologi di lusso. Ti occuperai di garantire un’esperienza d’acquisto personalizzata, mantenendo al contempo alti standard di servizio al cliente. Inoltre, collaborerai con il team per raggiungere obiettivi di vendita e contribuire allo sviluppo della rete di clienti.
Qualifiche
- Esperienza comprovata in ambito vendite e gestione delle vendite, con focus sul settore del lusso.
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione e servizio clienti, con dimostrate abilità nelle relazioni interpersonali.
- Competenza nello sviluppo di strategie di vendita e capacità di fornire formazione interna per il miglioramento delle capacità del team.
- Capacità organizzative, attenzione ai dettagli e passione per il settore degli orologi di lusso saranno considerati vantaggi.
