Italy Product Marketing Intern

We are the Lavazza HR Talent Acquisition Team and we’re looking for an Italy Product Marketing Intern.
The candidate will be part of the Home Business Roast & Ground team within the Italy Business Unit to support the Product Manager for the assigned area of activity.
In brief, she/he will support the Product Manager in all marketing activities (marketing mix management) from identification of the needs for specific products for the local market with the related potential and / or optimization of the existing product range to the execution of the communication plan and other promotional activities.
Your Day-to-day Activities

• Market, consumer and shopper analysis to highlight new opportunities for new products/activities and/or business tools for specific consumer needs/ channel / country
• Periodic tracking of business and competition trends on the main Key Performance Indicators including new product launches and communication activities
• Definition and implementation of Marketing activities (marketing mix management) in accordance with the local Trade Marketing and Sales team and in allignment with global Marketing and Trade marketing department.
• Development and execution of the annual Marketing Plan in line with the assigned objectives
  

Who We’re Looking For

• You’re available for a 6-month full time internship. Starting date: July 2026
• You’ll be fluent in Italian and English - you’ll probably have an international experience? Way to go!
• You have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Marketing Management
• You have good Excel and Power-Point skills and you’re ready to learn how to master them!
• You’re digitally minded and ready to give a fresh point of view and share your ideas
