Role Purpose
The Sales Manager is responsible for managing commercial activities with key customers, supporting RFQ processes, and ensuring profitable business development throughout the program lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage RFQ processes with OEM customers (e.g., Stellantis).
- Prepare and negotiate quotations and commercial offers.
- Ensure target profitability and alignment with business objectives.
- Manage commercial activities during the program development phase before SOP.
- Coordinate with internal teams to monitor program progress and support customer requirements.
- Manage price updates, commercial changes, and customer communications.
- Support Series Sales activities and ongoing customer programs.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives and continuous improvement within the sales organization.
Requirements
- Experience in automotive sales, RFQ management, or program management.
- Experience working with OEM customers is a strong advantage.
- Strong commercial, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Leadership or coordination experience.
- Professional proficiency in English and Italian.
- Open mindset and willingness to adopt digital tools and new ways of working (including AI-based tools).
