ppAs a Customer Service Operator (1-Year Fixed-Term Contract), you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring a seamless end-to-end order management experience. Reporting to the Customer Services Coordinator, you will play a key role in building strong customer relationships, managing orders from receipt to delivery, and collaborating across multiple functions to deliver an outstanding customer experience. /ppThis position is offered on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Working closely with Supply Chain, Logistics, Warehouse, Sales, and Finance teams, you will ensure customers receive accurate information, timely deliveries, and high-quality service while contributing to process improvements and operational excellence. /ph3WHAT YOU WILL DO /h3ulliAct as the first point of contact for customers, managing inquiries related to orders, deliveries, product availability, inventory, and backorders. /liliManage customer orders from receipt through delivery, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment. /liliCoordinate closely with Planning, Transport, Warehouse, and Sales teams to ensure an excellent customer experience. /liliMaintain accurate customer and order data within ERP systems. /liliMonitor order status and proactively communicate updates to customers and stakeholders. /liliHandle customer complaints, returns, and issue resolution in compliance with company procedures. /liliPrepare and analyze reports to support service performance monitoring and KPI tracking. /liliIdentify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement. /liliCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Transport Management, and Warehouse Operations. /liliContribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing service quality and operational efficiency. /li /ulh3ABOUT YOU /h3ulliPrevious experience in Customer Service, Order Management, Supply Chain, or a similar customer-facing role. /liliStrong customer-centric mindset with a professional and solution-oriented approach. /liliExperience working with ERP systems, preferably SAP SD, Microsoft Dynamics AX, or similar platforms. /liliExcellent organizational skills and attention to detail. /liliAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. /liliStrong communication and stakeholder management skills. /liliAnalytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and generate reports. /liliProactive attitude and continuous improvement mindset. /liliAbility to work both independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams. /liliFluent Italian and good English language skills. /liliKnowledge of an additional European language is considered a plus. /li /ulh3WHAT WE OFFER /h3pWe offer a gross annual salary range of €28.400 – €35.500, level range E-C according to “Gomma Plastica Industria” Italian CLA, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including: /pulliAnnual Bonus Plan /liliHybrid working flexibility according to company needs /liliOpportunity to join a leading international industrial group /liliExposure to a dynamic and collaborative Supply Chain environment /liliProfessional development and continuous learning opportunities /liliCollaboration with cross-functional teams across the organization /liliInclusive and supportive working environment /liliOpportunity to contribute directly to customer satisfaction and operational excellence /liliCompetitive compensation and benefits package /li /ulpThe pay range above is a general guideline based on the primary location of this job only and not a guarantee of total compensation.
