We are looking for a curious, proactive person eager to challenge themselves in an international and dynamic environment. Joining Hilti as an intern means experiencing much more than a simple internship: it’s a structured six‑month program that will allow you to discover our culture, develop concrete skills, and contribute to real projects within the Regional Energy & Industry team.

What You'll do

During your internship, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to the project “Adriatic and Israel Sales Force Sub‑Segmentation”, taking an active role in the following activities:

• Analyzing and evaluating the current sales account platform used by our colleagues
• Assessing the market organization’s account universe and identifying key development focus areas
• Coordinating account data quality in close collaboration with local market teams
• Engaging with local market colleagues to ensure alignment on project activities
• Developing sub‑segmentation scenarios together with regional segment managers

You hold a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Economics, Marketing, Sales or Engineering
You’re fluent in Italian and English, ready to connect in an international environment.
You’re confident with Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel
