ph3bCURRENT EMPLOYEES, CONSULTANTS, AND AGENCY PARTNERS: /b /h3 h3bFor best results, use Google Chrome to view this page. /b /h3 pbMeaningful Work From Day One /b /p pThis is an exciting role within the Brown-Forman Italy Sales Operations team, responsible for support and coordination of internal processes systems which are essential for effective customer management, sales efficiency and productivity. /p pThe role includes customer and product data analysis and processing, administration for the Sales division and building relationships and working with internal and external stakeholders to contribute to the development of business plans and strategy. /p h3bWhat You Can Expect /b /h3 pbSales Analysis, Planning and Forecasting /b /p ul liResponsible for processing sales data and reports relating to forecasts, plans, and budget processes used within the sales organization. /li liPrepare analysis and recommendations for colleagues with Sales, Marketing and other internal stakeholders. Using internal external sources of data (training provided). /li liProactively monitors/controls and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in the sales organization’s planning efforts. /li liAssisting with planning activities with other functions and stakeholders within the B-F Italy Sales Business Planning process. /li liManage a combination of existing sales/promotional dashboards and facilitate requests for customer information. /li liAssign and maintain SKU allocation across customers where there are new or planned listings (KAMs/ Salesforce, etc.). /li /ul pbCommercial budget monitoring /b /p ul liPartner and work closely with Finance and Pricing to monitor spend/discounting across our brands and customers /li liUpload customers rebate and promotion invoices to the Salesforce platform and ad-hoc administrative tasks within our systems /li /ul pbData Maintenance /b /p ul liBe the Salesforce KAMs “power-user” for the business, working with regional IT on improvements enhancements. /li liEnsures customer and sales data being complete, updated and accurate /li /ul pbSystems’ development /b /p ul liContribute to optimise the efficiency and optimisation of the processes and development of the sales systems /li /ul pbWhat You Bring to the Table /b /p ul liExperience in a role focused on data analytics /li liAttention to details, ability to work with data and numbers /li liHighly IT literate - MS Office Applications Google Suite /li liHighly capable on excel/ G sheets for the purpose of analysis /li liGreat analytical skills, commercially savvy and solution focused to solving problems /li liExcellent presentation skills and able to translate sales and analytics in a clear, concise and visually appealing way (English and Italian) /li liSelf-starter with proven ability to identify issues and projects, plan and prioritize with demonstrated ability to organize and manage multiple projects to completion by specific deadlines /li /ul pbWhat Makes You Unique /b /p ul liSalesforce experience preferred /li liExperience from FMCG, luxury goods, wine and spirits preferred /li liFamiliarity with the On-Trade channel and its key dynamics; previous exposure to bars, restaurants, hospitality, or beverage industries is considered a plus. /li /ul pbWho We Are /b /p pWe believe great people build great brands.
