Overview

As an intern in the Events Development & Management area, you will join a structured training and mentoring path with your tutor and the reference team, developing practical skills in the design, management, and coordination of events.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the renewal of agreements with stakeholders and commercial partners, with a focus on pricing, margins, and space optimization.
• Supporting commercial scouting activities and the development of new business opportunities related to events and venues.
• Supporting the definition of operational and financial aspects of events, including layouts, capacity, revenue/cost models, and logistical impacts, focusing on operational sustainability and venue profitability.
• Assisting in the planning and management of technical inspections before and after events, checking layouts, access flows, interference with core activities, space conditions, and proper area restoration.
• Supporting operational coordination during the setup, execution, and dismantling phases of events, ensuring compliance with safety, hospitality, and service quality standards.
• Collaborating with different Business Unit functions to ensure proper operational execution of events.
• Supporting the organization and execution of events, ensuring compliance with ministerial guidelines and required formal regulations.

Qualifications

• University degree.
• Advanced capabilities in strategic planning, large‑scale organizational structure, and result‑oriented project management.
• Negotiation skills, with a proven track record of interacting with C‑Suite executives and external high‑profile stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to navigate uncertainty, solve complex issues, and drive critical decisions in high‑velocity corporate environments.
• Willingness to travel and flexibility to work outside regular hours, based on event needs.
• Full professional proficiency in both Italian and English.
