We are looking for 

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Junior Travel Agent - Categorie protette (L.68/99) (m/w/d), with experience in customer care call centers (inbound calls, emails, and chats) who can solve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience.

 

  Your role in BizAway

• Made a reservation for our Client through the Platform and using our Provider
• Responding to our Client’s requests through phone, chat, mail, and travel request through our platform
• Entering customer information in our system to issue reservations or update the booking
• Explaining rules and procedures to use our service in the Platform
• Explaining rules of service (hotel, car, train, etc.)

Your basic qualifications

• At least 2 years of previous experience in Travel Industry
• Excellent knowledge of GDS systems or previous experience in local travel agency
• Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken French (B2 and up)
• Availability to work in shifts (also night shift from 22 to 7 in morning)
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must pass pre-employment skills testing and background check

Our offer

Contract type: Permanent contract
Working hours: Full-time – 40h/week, rotating shifts that may include night shifts, weekends, and public holidays)
Hybrid: Smart Working Policy (2 days remotely and 3 in the office) and great offices in Europe
Salary: Starting from level 5° and above, with a salary range of 21k -25k gross/yearly in accordance with the National
Collective Agreement for the Commerce sector (CCNL Commercio)
