IT Project Financial Controller

Overview

Within the new established Group Shared Services Financial Controlling function in the Group Chief Financial Office area, we are looking for a talented and proactive resource to join the team. The resource is an early career finance professional, who is eager to develop strong controlling, reporting and stakeholder-management skills, who will support the team in the financial controlling of the shared services provided by Group IT projects and related software factories

Responsibilities

• Support overseeing all the stages of project procurement-to-pay process, including assessment of initial business requirements, budget checks, formalization of contracts and supplier orders, delivery confirmation and invoice payment
• Support accounting for project-based revenue and percentage-of-completion accounting where applicable
• Support assessment of yearly budget, forecast and periodic reporting of Group IT projects
• Support the project teams in terms of accounting principle and compliance regulations according to the defined methodology and framework

Requirements

Our ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:

• Degree in Finance, Business, or Engineering
• 3-5 years previous experiences in Finance Controlling, specific experience in IT project management and project financial planning is considered as an advantage
• Fluent in Italian and English
