Join Ferrero and become a part of our global success. /ph3bMain Responsibilities: (TBD) /b /h3pbBusiness Management /b /pulliMaster the Ferrero sales call process /liliEnsure the achievement of the sales targets related to the assigned stores /liliIdentify and communication business development opportunities /liliNegotiate at the store level according to the Company guidelines (i.e.: secondary placement…) /liliProvide the store with the right suggested order /liliTrack the performances of the stores /liliImplement Ferrero guidelines and central agreement in the stores reaching target of distribution, freshness, quality, stock levels, secondary placement, consumer prices, check-outs /liliPerform merchandising activities (visibility, F.I.F.O., slim control, quality ….) /liliCoordinate merchandisers (coaching, managing and control of the MDR…) /liliBuild and maintain a constructive relationship with the store manager /liliManagement of returns /liliStore warehouse control and stock counting (wh and store) /liliSolve problems at the store level /liliOther tasks assigned by line manager or company /li /ulh3bWho we are looking for: /b /h3ulliMandatory: College degree or above. /liliMandatory: At least 5-year experience in FMCG industry. At least 3-year+ experience in store management. /liliSolid sales technique, good communication skills and strong negotiation ability. /liliHas excellent sales execution skills. Understand the standard sales procedure and equip the ability of excellent visibility distribution in responsible stores.
