We know that people thrive when they can be themselves, are trusted and supported, and are given the opportunity to grow and make a meaningful contribution. /p pAre you ready to unlock your full potential? /p h3bJob Purpose /b /h3 pWe are looking for an Automation Engineer to support industrial automation activities across the company's pharmaceutical manufacturing sites, contributing to the maintenance, optimization, and development of plant control and supervisory systems while ensuring compliance with GMP regulations, quality standards, and safety requirements. /p h3bKey Responsibilities /b /h3 ul liSupport the maintenance and management of plant automation systems in collaboration with manufacturing sites. /li liAssist in the implementation, modification, and enhancement of PLC and SCADA systems. /li liParticipate in continuous improvement and digitalization projects for manufacturing processes. /li liPerform troubleshooting activities and failure analysis on automated systems, coordinating with suppliers and site teams when required. /li liSupport Computerized Systems Validation (CSV) and qualification activities. /li liPrepare and update technical documentation, SOPs, and intervention reports. /li liCollaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, and Engineering departments to ensure plant reliability and regulatory compliance. /li liParticipate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT), Site Acceptance Tests (SAT), commissioning, and start-up activities for new equipment. /li liEnsure compliance with GMP procedures, company policies, and safety requirements. /li liContribute to strategic decisions regarding future automation and technology implementations. /li /ul h3bRequired Education /b /h3 pBachelor's or Master's Degree in Automation Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, Industrial Computer Science, or a related field. /p h3bRequired Skills and Experience /b /h3 ul liat least 2-3 years of professional experience /li /ul ul liBasic knowledge of PLC programming and automation platforms (such as Siemens S7, Rockwell, ABB, Mitsubishi, or Schneider Electric). /li liFamiliarity with HMI and SCADA systems (e.g., iFIX, Ignition). Knowledge of Data Integrity principles and NIS2 requirements is considered a plus. /li liUnderstanding of major industrial communication protocols, such as Profinet, Ethernet/IP, and Modbus. /li liBasic knowledge of industrial networks and Operational Technology (OT) architectures. /li liGood proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. /li liExperience or familiarity with GMP environments and pharmaceutical regulations is considered an advantage. /li /ul ul liStrong problem-solving skills. /li liTeam-oriented mindset and collaborative approach. /li liAccuracy and attention to detail. /li liProactive attitude and commitment to continuous improvement. /li liFast learner with a strong interest in new technologies and innovation. /li /ul h3bRequired Languages /b /h3 ul liFluent Italian. /li liGood command of English. /li /ul h3bSalary /b /h3 pGross Annual Salary starting from: 43.000€br/Please note: The salary indicated in this posting complies with local pay transparency regulations for Italian employment contracts.
