Il ruolo
SOGNO è la linea indoor luxury di Mya Tech, dedicata a retail moda, hôtellerie di alta gamma, residenze private e spazi di rappresentanza. Cerchiamo un/una Sales Manager che avvii e presidii lo sviluppo commerciale del brand su tutto il territorio nazionale, costruendo relazioni con studi di architettura, interior designer, general contractor e brand del lusso.
Responsabilità principali
- Sviluppo commerciale del brand SOGNO su clienti direzionali del segmento lusso (retail moda, hôtellerie 5*, residenze private, yacht)
- Costruzione e gestione di una rete di studi di architettura, interior designer, lighting designer e general contractor specializzati nel lusso
- Presidio di eventi, saloni e fiere di settore (Salone del Mobile, EuroShop, Light+Building, Sleep & Eat)
- Redazione di proposte tecnico-commerciali su misura, con supporto dell'ufficio tecnico e del design studio
- Gestione della trattativa fino alla firma del contratto e coordinamento con il project manager sulla fase di consegna
- Rappresentanza del brand con la sensibilità estetica coerente con il posizionamento luxury
- Esperienza consolidata (5+ anni) nella vendita di prodotti di alta gamma per architettura, arredo, illuminazione decorativa o segmenti affini del lusso
- Portafoglio consolidato di relazioni con studi di architettura, interior designer o brand del segmento premium/luxury
- Sensibilità estetica e cultura del progetto: capacità di dialogare con architetti e designer sul linguaggio della luce e dei materiali
- Autonomia commerciale, capacità di lavorare per obiettivi e mindset da 'brand builder'
- Inglese fluente; disponibilità a trasferte frequenti in Italia e occasionali all'estero
Costituisce titolo preferenziale
- Esperienza pregressa nell'illuminazione decorativa architetturale o nel contract del lusso
- Conoscenza dei principali fornitori e distributori del settore luxury design
- Network attivo nel mondo hôtellerie 5* e retail moda
- Contratto a tempo indeterminato con parte fissa + variabile su obiettivi
- RAL commisurata all'esperienza e al portafoglio (da definire in sede di colloquio)
- Ruolo da protagonista nella costruzione di un brand nuovo, con margini di sviluppo concreti
- Piattaforma industriale solida di Mya Tech alle spalle (oltre 400 installazioni in Italia)
- Supporto marketing dedicato, materiali di comunicazione premium e presenza a eventi di settore
- Auto aziendale, rimborso trasferte, strumenti di lavoro
