Reporting directly to the Head of Technology Innovation, Strategy Roadmapping, they oversee the technical progress of the engagements they are assigned to: framing the client's problem, structuring the analytical approach, coordinating the contributions of the consultants involved, and ensuring the quality and consistency of the deliverables. /p pDepending on the project, the role ranges from hands-on analytical work to technical coordination and internal reference point. They also act as a technical counterpart for the client and contribute to proposal preparation and business development. /p pIn particular, the person in this role will work on and coordinate management consulting projects in the following areas: /p ul liTechnology scenario analysis, market analysis and trend identification, value chain analysis, technology scouting, KPI definition, benchmarking and implementation roadmaps; /li liSupply chain optimisation, supplier scouting and benchmarking; /li liProcess optimisation; /li liBusiness Continuity Plan; /li liSupport to subsidised finance schemes (e.g. IPCEI, Innovation Fund, PNRR) from application to compliance during the project execution phase; /li liEU-funded RD projects (e.g. Horizon Europe, LIFE). /li /ul h3bKey Accountabilities /b /h3 pb1. Project Delivery /b /p ul liManage the technical execution of assigned consulting projects, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline and budget. /li liCoordinate the consultants working on the project and help them integrate contributions into a consistent final output. /li liContribute directly to the analytical work where required by the nature and size of the project. /li /ul pb2. Technical Quality /b /p ul liEnsure the methodological soundness and quality of analyses, deliverables and client presentations. /li liAct as internal technical reference point for the team on assigned projects. /li /ul pb3. Client Management /b /p ul liAct as technical counterpart for the client throughout the engagement, managing day-to-day interactions and expectations. /li liPresent findings and recommendations to client stakeholders. /li /ul pb4. Proposals and Business Development /b /p ul liSupport the Head of Discipline in the preparation of technical proposals, including scoping, methodology definition and effort estimation. /li liIdentify opportunities for follow-on work within existing client relationships. /li /ul pb5. Team Development /b /p ul liMentor junior consultants on assigned projects, supporting their technical and professional growth. #LI-SC1 /li /ul h3bEducation /b /h3 pMaster’s Degree in Engineering General /p h3bQualifications /b /h3 ul libMandatory requirement /b: Registered as a protected category candidate under Italian Law 68/99 (collocamento mirato) /li li4-6 years of experience in management consulting, or in a corporate role (e.g. RD, innovation, strategy, technology) involving work on multiple projects in parallel. /li liExperience in coordinating project activities and resources, managing deadlines and interfacing with multiple stakeholders. /li liAbility to present analytical outputs effectively and concisely, tailoring the level of detail to different audiences up to senior management. /li liStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to structure complex and poorly defined problems. /li liTechnical or engineering background, enabling a solid understanding of the technological content of the projects. /li liExcellent written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English. /li liExperience in client relationship management. /li /ul pbWill be considered a Plus: /b /p ul liExperience with EU-funded RD programmes or subsidised finance schemes (e.g. Horizon Europe, IPCEI, PNRR). /li liExperience in state-of-the-art and desk research: analysis of scientific literature, technical and market reports, patents, and open-source information, with the ability to synthesise fragmented sources into a coherent picture. /li liExperience in mentoring or coordinating junior consultants.Familiarity with one or more of the sectors covered by the team. /li liWORKPLACE DYNAMICS - Resourcefulness in shaping progress and working efficiently. /li liPERSONAL EMPOWERMENT - Ownership for life, work and results, striving to grow professionally and personally. /li liINTERPERSONAL INFLUENCE - Skills and strategies we use to interact effectively with others. /li liDOMAIN BUSINESS ACUMEN - Applying a scientific approach and critical thinking in operations and solution development within area of expertise. /li liFORESIGHT INSIGHT - Context awareness adopting a systemic perspective and informed decision making. /li /ul h3bCompensation Data /b /h3 pbCompensation Benefits /bThe salary range and job grade for this position are defined based on objective, role-related criteria and responsibilities in accordance withb CCNL RINA /b (CNEL code I480). /p pThe gross annual salary range foreseen is betweenb€35,000 and €45,000 /band will be finally defined on candidate’s professional experience, qualifications, competencies and overall alignment with the role.In addition, an annual variable compensation component is provided, based on both Company and individual performance objectives in accordance with the current policies and collective agreements. /p pThe overall compensation package is complemented by the Company's welfare. /p pRINA is a multinational company providing a wide range of services in the energy, marine, certification, infrastructure mobility, industry, research development sectors.
