As an Inside Sales Specialist (m/f/d) , you'll play a key role in expanding our reach and connecting customers with the products and expertise that support scientific progress.

This is a proactive, commercially focused sales role. You'll own the full sales cycle, from generating leads and prospecting new customers through to closing deals and growing long-term relationships.

What you'll achieve

• Generate and convert new business opportunities across your territory
• Build a strong pipeline through prospecting, lead qualification and customer outreach
• Manage the full sales cycle, from first conversation to close
• Grow revenue by identifying cross-sell and upsell opportunities within existing accounts
• Build trusted relationships with customers across Pharma, Biotech, Environmental, Food and Clinical markets
• Collaborate with Marketing and Scientific teams to bring innovative solutions to market

Qualifications

What you'll bring

• A degree in Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, Physics or a related scientific discipline
• Experience selling laboratory, scientific or technical products
• A proven track record of winning new business and achieving sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Experience using CRM tools such as Salesforce
• Fluent English; additional European languages are an advantage
• Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 15%)
