The successful candidate will support Agile delivery across software engineering and networking teams while also leading project management activities and contributing to supplier management processes. /p pThe role requires a strong combination of Agile leadership and project management expertise to ensure successful delivery of GNE initiatives. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 h3Scrum Master Activities /h3 ul liAct as Scrum Master for Agile teams /li liFacilitate all Agile ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint DEMOs, Sprint Retrospectives and Backlog Refinement sessions /li liFoster Agile best practices and continuous improvement within the teams. /li liRemove impediments and support teams in achieving sprint commitments. /li liTrack and communicate Agile metrics, team velocity, delivery progress, and risks. /li liPromote collaboration between engineering teams and stakeholders. /li /ul h3Scrum of Scrums Coordination /h3 ul liRepresent assigned teams in the GNE Scrum of Scrums. /li liCoordinate dependencies and cross‑team activities within the GNE organization. /li liEscalate blockers and risks impacting multiple teams. /li liContribute to alignment of priorities, roadmaps, and delivery objectives across GNE. /li /ul h3Project Management Activities /h3 ul liManage engineering and infrastructure projects from initiation to closure. /li liDefine project scope, schedules, milestones, budgets, and resource plans. /li liTrack project progress and ensure adherence to agreed timelines and objectives.Manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies. /li liPrepare and present project status reports to management and stakeholders. /li liCoordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure successful project execution. /li liSupport portfolio planning and prioritization activities within GNE. /li /ul h3Supplier Management Support /h3 ul liMonitor supplier deliverables, schedules, and performance indicators. /li liSupport contract execution and compliance activities in collaboration with procurement and legal functions. /li /ul h3Required Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science, or related field. /li liProven experience as Scrum Master and/or Agile Project Manager in technical environments. /li liExperience working with Software Engineering and Network Engineering teams. /li liSolid understanding of Agile scaled frameworks (Scrum, Kanban). /li liExperience in project planning, execution, risk management, and reporting. /li liStrong stakeholder management and communication skills. /li liExcellent facilitation, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities. /li liFluent Italian and English, both written and spoken. /li /ul h3Key Competencies /h3 ul liFamiliarity with Jira, Confluence or equivalent Agile tools. /li liExperience working in international and multicultural organizations. /li /ul pEutelsat treats the protection of personal data submitted to it seriously.
