This includes adhering to the methodology, policies, and procedures necessary to ensure efficient and effective execution and delivery of projects. The Project Managerdemonstratesa strong levelofproject management and leadership skills withproficiencyin project management tools and techniques,whilepossessingastrong knowledge of business IT processes. /p h3Project ManagerEssential Duties and Responsibilities: /h3 ul liAccountable andresponsible for the successful delivery ofenterprise-wide and sometimes global projects within the scope ofInformation Technology particularly Infrastructure related projects. /li liExpected to be proactive in managing projects and in communications/interactions with key stakeholders aroundattainingproject goals, deliverables, timelines, budget, and quality. /li liDetermineproject schedule bydeterminingdeliverables, milestones, time requirements,as well as identifying/sequencing project elements and discreet tasks /li liMaintain project schedule by monitoring projectprocess, coordinating activities, and resolving obstaclesthroughout the project lifecycle. /li liDetermineproject responsibilities byidentifyingproject phases and elements, requesting, andallocatingresourcesas necessary. /li liCoordinate with interdepartmental managers for the availability, assignment, and accountability of resources and technology. /li liUtilize Workfront templates/processes and other tools for work management while following the PMOmethodology, standards, processes, and procedures. /li liResponsible for financial aspects of assigned projects including KPI reportingrelativeto project progress. /li liFacilitate the establishment of guidelines for the use of vendor/contractor professional services with leadership, and act asa central pointof contact to help ensure their activities align with the performance and financialobjectivesof theproject. /li liEstablish aclear communication strategy to providestatus to key stakeholders and senior management including RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies) and impact/constraints on scope, cost, and schedule. /li liEnsure that project goals are achievedand are in line with business/stakeholder objectives. /li liBenchmark project management performance continuously toidentifythe potential for improvements and increase capability in project and portfolio management. /li liApply Organizational Change Management methodologies and may assume some responsibilities for OCM tasks as an Arthrex Change Agent. /li /ul h3Additional Duties Responsibilities /h3 ul liWork independently, as well as leading a project team /li liLead medium and large-scale projects with full project life cycle management /li liPerform peer reviews of project documentation, as requested, to ensure compliance with standards /li liResponsible for stakeholder management /li liApply knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and various system and project management methodologies /li liWork to lead a project team with support from more senior Project/Program Manager /li liFacilitate small and medium scale projects with full project life cycle management /li liWork to improve processes and solve routine problems of limited scope and complexity following established policies and procedures /li liAssist PMO with revisions to policies,proceduresand processes governing IT project management /li liAssistand/or support the IT PMO leadership with the administration of PPM tools including project and portfolio reporting /li /ul h3Specialized Skills /h3 ul liProjectManagement experience preferred /li liProblem solving and analytical skills /li liPositive attitude witha strong desireand proven ability to learn quickly /li liDemonstrated tactical thinker /li liPrior experience leading enterprise-wide implementations /li liExperience managing projects through a PMO is
