If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment and want to develop your career in events, meetings and incentive travel, we would love to hear from you. /ph3About The Role /h3pBCD Meetings Events Italy is looking for a Project Manager to join our Events Solutions team in Italy, preferably based in Florence. /ppIn this role, you will support the planning, coordination and delivery of corporate meetings, incentive trips, conferences, team building activities and other events, with a strong focus on the operational and logistical aspects of each program. /ppWorking closely with clients, suppliers and internal teams, you will help ensure that all event details are properly coordinated and that programs are delivered smoothly, efficiently and within agreed budgets and timelines. /ph3Your Responsibilities /h3ulliManage the end-to-end planning and execution of meetings, events, incentive travel programs and group movements /liliHandle sourcing, supplier coordination, budgeting and operational delivery /liliNegotiate with hotels, venues, DMCs and other service providers /liliBuild positive relationships with clients and partners, understanding their objectives and translating them into clear and effective event plans /liliCoordinate logistics, timelines, attendee communications and project documentation /liliMonitor project budgets, margins and reconciliation processes /liliEnsure high service standards and smooth onsite execution /liliSupport multiple projects at the same time while keeping attention to detail and deadlines /liliWork closely with colleagues, internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth coordination and a consistent, high-quality service for our clients. /liliBe a collaborative team player, supporting colleagues across different projects and contributing to the successful delivery of events. /liliContribute ideas and creativity to enhance event concepts and participant engagement /li /ulh3What We’re Looking For /h3ulliPrevious experience in events, meetings, MICE, travel, hospitality or a related field /liliGood understanding of event operations, supplier management and budgeting /liliA genuine passion for live events, travel and customer service /liliStrong organizational skills and attention to detail /liliExcellent command of English, both written and spoken /liliGood knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint /liliExperience with event technology, registration platforms or project management tools is a plus /liliFlexibility for occasional travel and onsite event support /liliKnowledge of financial tracking and reconciliation /liliSkills in air and rail ticketing are considered a strong plus /li /ulh3You’re also good at /h3ulliWorking on several projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment /liliStaying organized, calm and solution-oriented under pressure /liliCommunicating clearly and professionally with clients, suppliers and colleagues /liliTaking ownership of your work while knowing when to seek support /liliBalancing independent working with a collaborative team mindset /li /ulpThe annual salary range for this role is between 30.000 and 35.000 euro.
