Lionard Luxury Real Estate, Italy's leading luxury real estate company, is seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator for its Milan office. The candidate will be responsible for operational office coordination, management of the commercial support team (Office Sales Assistants), and optimization of management and CRM workflows, working closely with Advisors, vendors, and Executive Management in a fast-paced, high-prestige environment.

To strengthen operations at our Milan location, we are seeking a Sales Operations Coordinator . The candidate will work directly alongside the Office Sales Assistants, ensuring strict adherence to company procedures, data accuracy in the CRM, and service excellence for clients and Advisors, operating with strong decision-making autonomy, swift execution, and a results-driven approach.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Team Coordination & Development: Planning and distributing workloads, monitoring performance quality, managing onboarding processes, and providing continuous training for commercial support staff (Office Sales Assistants).
• Branch Office Supervision: Overseeing front-office and reception activities, managing general operations of the Milan office, and coordinating external vendors.
• Real Estate & CRM Workflows: Supervising the complete operational lifecycle of properties (from listing publication to continuous CRM management), guaranteeing data accuracy, and coordinating media production (photographers and videographers).
• Process Optimization: Continuously monitoring daily operational efficiency, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with Management to implement high-performance internal procedures.

Requirements

We are looking for organized, dynamic, and rigorous individuals capable of coordinating teams and processes in high-end contexts:

• Experience: 3 to 5 years in operational coordination, office management, or team leadership in fast-paced, structured environments (Luxury Real Estate, High-End Hospitality, Premium Services, or complex coordinated contexts).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems, company management software, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace suites.
• Language Skills: Fluent command of English (C1/C2 level). Fluency in a second foreign language is considered a strong plus.
• Personal Attributes & Soft Skills: Strong organizational skills, keen attention to detail, pragmatic leadership, decision‑making autonomy, and proactive problem‑solving abilities.
• Contract Type: Full-Time, on‑site (Monday to Friday).
• Location: Milan (with willingness to undertake short trips within Italy).
