In questa posizione, come Senior Data Architect, progetti e definisci soluzioni per Intelligent Data Platform in un contesto di vendita e consulenza tecnica. Lavori nel Data Management per guidare architetture, delivery e governance sui progetti. Interagisci con clienti e stakeholder, coordinando team tecnici e facilitando scelte tecnologiche. Un ruolo orientato all'innovazione che unisce competenze tecniche e advisory in ambienti cloud e on-premise.

Responsabilità
- Progettare soluzioni analitiche scalabili per Data Platform (cloud e on-premise)
- Definire pipeline dati (ETL/ELT), modellazione dati e orchestrazione flussi
- Implementare framework di Data Governance (quality, metadata, lineage, access control)
- Sviluppare modelli organizzativi per la gestione del dato (ruoli, processi)
- Interfacciarsi con clienti e stakeholder per definire esigenze e guidare le scelte tecnologiche
- Gestire team tecnici, pianificare attività e monitorare l'avanzamento delivery
- Valutare nuovi strumenti e approcci per evoluzioni architetturali
Requisiti fondamentali
- Esperienza 5+ anni in Data Engineering con focus su architetture dati, cloud e governance
- Inglese livello B2 o superiore
- Esperienza con Spark, Databricks, Kafka, Snowflake o simili
- Esperienza in soluzioni agentiche e AI-enabled su piattaforme come Databricks, Cloudera, Azure, GCP, AWS, Oracle
- Esperienza in contesti consulenziali/enterprise con interazione diretta con clienti
- Capacità di risoluzione proattiva di problemi complessi e gestione operativa
- Esperienza con strumenti di catalogazione e governance (Collibra, Informatica, Azure Purview)
- Familiarità con Scala e/o Python
- Esperienza nel coordinamento di team tecnici e monitoraggio avanzamento
