JOB PURPOSE

Translate the brand identity into meaningful experiences, making it tangible and relevant to consumers, media, influencers, opinion leaders, and other key stakeholders. Develop and

deliver corporate, institutional, brand image, and cultural events that connect the brand with the cultural context of different markets and strengthen brand awareness.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of corporate, institutional, brand image, and cultural events for Prada Group, with a particular focus on Prada, Church’s, and projects developed in collaboration with Fondazione Prada.
• Lead event planning and execution, coordinating content, programs, talents and artists, venues, production, catering, security, guest management, hospitality, transportation, logistics, and onsite operations.
• Coordinate internal functions, subsidiaries, local offices, agencies, consultants, partners, and suppliers, ensuring alignment on objectives, deliverables, timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Support the development and implementation of Prada Group corporate events, providing guidelines and operational support to local teams and facilitating cross-functional coordination with Headquarters.
• Coordinate cultural initiatives developed in collaboration with Fondazione Prada, ensuring alignment between cultural content, organizational requirements, and project objectives.
• Oversee onsite operations throughout setup, event execution, and dismantling, ensuring smooth and effective delivery.
• Manage administrative, contractual, and financial activities related to events, including contracts, supplier documentation, invoices, expenses, and budget monitoring.
• Prepare strategic documents, project proposals, presentations, and qualitative and quantitative reporting, consolidating results and key learnings to support future activities.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Strong knowledge of corporate event management, brand activation, and experiential marketing.

Proven project management skills, with the ability to manage complex projects from concept to execution and follow-up.

Strong organizational, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Good understanding of budgeting, cost control, and event-related administrative processes.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
