Per azienda leader in Europa nella settore dell'estetica avanzata e della cosmetica, specializzata in tecnologie innovative per il benessere e la salute del corpo, stiamo ricercando una figura di Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Manager
Posizione:
La figura ricercata definirà ed eseguirà la strategia di marketing globale del Gruppo e dei singoli marchi in portafoglio, coordinando le campagne sia a livello B2B (supporto alla rete vendita e ai centri partner) sia B2C (brand awareness, lead generation e influencer marketing). Il suo obiettivo principale sarà posizionare le diverse linee sul mercato, sviluppare strategie promozionali a supporto dei clienti affiliati e guidare il lancio di nuovi prodotti e tecnologie.
Strategia di Brand e Posizionamento:
- Sviluppare e pianificare le strategie di marketing per le diverse anime e linee del Gruppo.
- Gestire l'immagine coerentemente con i valori aziendali (innovazione high-tech, sostenibilità ed approccio cruelty-free).
Marketing Operativo e Trade Marketing (B2B):
- Creare materiale di supporto e format promozionali/commerciali a 360° per la rete vendita composta da oltre 250 professionisti e 50 beauty coach.
- Sviluppare format ed eventi B2B presso i clienti aziendali (es. coordinamento dell'impianto di marketing strategico per gli Open Day nei centri estetici e farmacie).
Digital Marketing & Influencer Relations (B2C):
- Pianificare e monitorare le campagne di Influencer Marketing e digital advertising per mantenere elevate le visualizzazioni del brand e generare lead verso i centri partner.
- Definire i piani editoriali sui canali social e media digitali per ingaggiare il consumatore finale.
Internazionalizzazione & Performance:
- Supportare l'espansione e l'adattamento delle campagne di marketing nelle sedi estere aziendali.
- Analizzare i KPI delle campagne, il ritorno sull'investimento (ROI) e identificare nuovi trend nel settore beauty-tech e wellness.
Requisiti:
Esperienza: Almeno 8-10 anni di esperienza nel ruolo di Marketing Manager, preferibilmente all'interno dei settori Beauty, Skincare, Cosmetica, Estetica Avanzata, Medical Devices o Farmaceutico.
Formazione: Laurea in Marketing, Economia, Comunicazione o ambiti affini.
Competenze Digitali & PR: Comprovata esperienza nella gestione di campagne di Influencer Marketing ad alto impatto e strategie social/digital B2C/B2B.
Trade & Event Marketing: Orientamento al supporto commerciale B2B (creazione format promozionali per centri estetici/farmacie/studi medici).
Lingue: Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese (scritta e parlata), data la spiccata vocazione internazionale e la presenza dell'azienda in oltre 29 Paesi. La conoscenza di una seconda lingua europea (Spagnolo, Tedesco o Francese) costituisce un plus.
