The role focuses on corporate governance, entity management, and providing strategic legal advice to senior leadership and the board. /p h3Key Eligibility Criteria /h3 ul libEducation: /b Law degree from an accredited law school. /li libLicensing: /b Mandatory Bar admission in Italy; US Bar admission is considered a plus. /li libExperience: /b Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in a law firm or in-house environment. /li libSkills: /b Expertise in Italian corporate law, governance, and technology law. /li libLanguages: /b Fluency in English and Italian (written and spoken); proficiency in Chinese or Arabic is a plus. /li /ul h3Responsibilities Scope of Work /h3 ul liAdvise on governance implications for MA, financing rounds, and organizational changes. /li liManage board and shareholder meetings, resolutions, and corporate approvals. /li liOversee entity management and corporate housekeeping. /li liDraft, review, and negotiate commercial and corporate contracts. /li liSupport corporate compliance, risk management, and internal legal policy development. /li /ul h3Stipend, Compensation Mode /h3 pbRange: /b €60,000 – €85,000 per annum, supplemented by company equity and performance-based bonuses.
