The Construction impacts a range of customer, operational, project, Subcontractor or service activities with the Tech Services team and other related teams and ensures that they are working within the appropriate guidelines and policies. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 h3Key Tasks and Responsibilities /h3 ul liLead site construction activities in accordance with project plans, specifications, and schedules /li liSupport the Construction Director and Area construction managers for set up, management and completion of works to be completed at site /li liCoordinate with Home Office Engineering, Construction, Subcontracting, Procurement and Project Controls to plan, set up and enable site Subcontractor works /li liCoordinate with the Completions Manager on discipline activity /li liCoordinate with site QA/QC Lead on final inspection and punch list, red-line drawings to show as-build conditions; perform engineering activities to develop/complete design; prepare/answer Request for Information and Field Work Order Requests /li liSupport the set up and administration of the AWP system for site activities /li liIssue and monitor issue of project deliverable and information to Subcontractors relevant to their scope /li liConduct Constructability works in the home office with engineering and coordinate with Site Subcontractors for input / feedback on design /li liManage Engineering support on the site through the Project Manager at the home office /li liManage all correspondence concerning questions or issues between Engineering and Construction through a Request for Information (RFI) system for document tracking and control /li liClose out all RFIs and incorporate them into the turnover systems for care and custody of the Client /li liAnalyze progress and schedule performance /li liConduct weekly planning meetings with their PMT and Subcontractors to determine work to be executed in the upcoming three (3) weeks /li liSupport the Subcontractor to generate weekly work plans on an IWP level with input and recording /li liSupport the subcontractor to request material by submitting WRFIs to Material Management before the execution date and track material delivery /li liRecord and communicate Lessons Learned /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 h3Essential Qualifications and Education: /h3 ul liBachelor's Degree in Engineering or Construction Management, or equivalent /li liFive (5) years of experience in Construction /li liModerate knowledge of MDR construction procedures, progress systems, material management systems, document management, and timekeeping systems /li liKnowledge of MS Office skills, specifically with Excel, and Access /li liExcellent attention to detail and proven ability to meet deadlines, troubleshoot, and resolve issues /li liRespected for uncompromising integrity, work ethic, and professionalism /li liEnergetic with a positive and enthusiastic disposition, possessing a can-do attitude /li liProject-focused, values-oriented, and results-driven /li /ul h3About Us /h3 pOur ingenuity fuels daily life.
