We are seeking for a Marketing Team Lead to lead and develop our marketing & agronomy team, driving impactful marketing initiatives and supporting the achievement of our business objectives.

Responsibilities

The role is responsible for driving marketing activities that support profitable growth in Italy, strengthening the company's market position, and leading the local marketing & agronomy team. In close collaboration with commercial, technical, and regional teams, the successful candidate will help bring new products and solutions to market and support the execution of the Italian and regional growth strategy.

• Develop and execute the business development and marketing plan for Italy
• Lead and develop the Italian marketing & agronomy team, providing clear direction and priorities, allocate budget and resources to reach our strategic targets
• Develop marketing campaigns and customer activities that support commercial growth
• Work closely with the commercial teams to position products and solutions in the market
• Identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive developments to support business decisions
• Support the launch and commercialization of new products and services
• Build strong relationships with customers, industry stakeholders, and external partners
• Challenge and support business leaders by bringing new ideas, market insights, and commercial opportunities
• Work closely with regional teams to align local initiatives with the overall business strategy
• Monitor the impact of marketing and business development activities and recommend improvements

Profile

• Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Agriculture, or a related field
• Around 5 years of relevant experience in business development, marketing, commercial management, or related roles
• Experience developing and executing successful marketing and commercial growth initiatives
• Strong commercial understanding and business acumen
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience leading teams and working across functions
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills
• Comfortable working in an international and multicultural environment
• Structured, proactive, and results-oriented
• Strong collaboration skills with the ability to build trust and commitment across the organization

Additional Information

Location: Our preferred location for this role is Milan, Italy . Nevertheless, we remain open to considering candidates based in other locations across Italy
