ENERGY & INDUSTRIAL MATERIAL BUYER

Gruppo Lactalis Italia è alla ricerca di un/una Energy & Industrial Material Buyer da inserire all’interno della Direzione Acquisti. La risorsa, riportando all'Indirect Materials & Services Procurement Senior Manager, avrà la responsabilità di definire ed implementare le strategie di acquisto per le categorie di acquisti indiretti del Gruppo , quali gli acquisti di 9 categorie di chimici e di servizi industriali (gestione scarti, purificazione acque, PEST control, etc.). In particolare, avrà il focus sulle seguenti attività: Definire e implementare diverse strategie di sourcing; Gestire gli stakeholder e allineare gli obiettivi; Svolgere analisi di mercato, fornitori e bisogni interni; Gestire le gare, le negoziazioni e i contratti; Guidare iniziative di saving e produttività; Garantire il rispetto dei processi e gestire il budget; Sviluppare e gestire le relazioni con i fornitori; Collaborare con il procurement di Gruppo; Partecipare a progetti internazionali e mantenere rapporti con il Team Centrale.
REQUISITI RICHIESTI
Conseguimento di Laurea/Master in ambito economico; Esperienza lavorativa pregressa di 2-5 anni; Esperienza pregressa nell’ambito degli Acquisti Indiretti; Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office; Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, la conoscenza del francese sarà considerata un plus; Comprensione dei differenti modelli finanziari, incluso “activity based models”, TCO & cost drivers; Predisposizione a lavorare in team e al coinvolgimento; Dinamismo, proattività e forte orientamento agli obiettivi e al cliente.INFORMAZIONI CHIAVE SULLA POSIZIONE
