R&D Mechatronic Engineer

ppSelect how often (in days) to receive an alert: /p pAs the bMechatronic Engineer /b, you will be responsible for the mechanical design and development of brushless blowers, hybrid steppers and sustaining of legacy products. You will be coordinating closely with electrical design engineers, laboratory engineers and sampling technicians to jointly create motors from concept to pilot run . You will report to the Project Manager of Brushless Blowers. /p h3What you will do: /h3 ulliDesign and development of new products by 3D CAD based on product specs (design, reliability and cost requirements) /liliDesign customization of existing products in accordance with specific customer requirements and specifications /liliSustaining of legacy products (i.e. implementation of design change for cost reduction, manufacturing process optimization, etc) /liliManage part lists and bill of materials by Windchill and SAP /liliSupport closely and actively Lab testing and construction of samples /liliSoftware customization, parametrization and tuning based on specific Customers requirements, including proof of concept and system validation by laboratory testing /liliContribute to the definition of qualification test plan for Brushless Blowers and Steppers (controller, motor, air management system, etc) /liliClose interaction with colleagues located in Serbia and Czech Republic plants /liliSupport manufacturing for Manufacturing Check Samples construction and Pilot Run production /li /ul h3What we are looking for: /h3 ulliHigher Technician Diploma (ITS Academy Lombardia) or Bachelor’s degree in Mechatronic Engineering or Mechanical Engineering /liliMinimum 2 years of experience in mechanical design and development of electric motors or comparable electromechanical products for high-volume production, using 3D CAD tools /liliFamiliarity with mass-production manufacturing processes, with a focus on cost optimization and design-to-cost principles /liliUnderstanding of aeraulic and fluid dynamic basic principles /liliBasic electronic knowhow applied to drivers for brushless motors and steppers /liliAbility to interact effectively and professionally with cross-functional teams and production facilities /liliStrong analytical skills for design optimisation and troubleshooting /liliComfortable working in a dynamic environment with multiple projects /liliGood knowledge of English and Italian Languages /li /ul h3Compensation /h3 pCurrency: EUR /p pSalary Minimum: Market /p pSalary Maximum: Market /p pIncentive: Market /p pDisclaimer: Where a specific pay range is noted, it is a good faith estimate at the time of this posting.
