Your role 

We are looking for a Business Brand Management Intern!

As Business Brand Management Intern you will experience what it is like to work for some of the most recognized and iconic brands in the world. You will have the chance to give your contribution in launching Marketing campaigns, from ideation to implementation, as well as deep diving into business results and commercial strategies to maximize brand performance in the Italian market. You will collaborate with different teams like Product, Visual Merchandising, PR, E-commerce and Digital for daily activities and visibility plans implementation. You will also work closely with commercial teams and field salespeople, gaining exposure to the broader business and supporting the execution of marketing initiatives.

Main responsibilities:

• Assist the Brand Manager in the development and execution of marketing plans, supporting team goals and objectives
• Manage and organize marketing assets, supporting the creation and localization of marketing materials
• Assist in implementing new sales catalogs, promotional materials, and product launches
• Support the team in planning, executing, and following up on events, roadshows, and conventions
• Coordinate with the PR agency to define content for trade press and develop engaging DEM campaigns
• Support internal reporting and presentations for management
• Assist in monitoring and analyzing campaign performance, providing insights for optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Trade Marketing, Product Marketing, and Sales

Main requirements:

• Educational background in Marketing, Economics or related fields
• At least 1 year of experience, ideally in Healthcare, Wellbeing or Cosmetic industries
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
• Proactive mindset with analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Creative thinking and the ability to contribute fresh, innovative ideas
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently
• Motivation and genuine interest in marketing and brand management
• Languages: Italian (native or fluent) and English (fluent)

• 950 Eur Gross per month
