Gruppo Lactalis Italia è alla ricerca di di un/a brillante neolaureato/a da inserire nella BU Out Of Home all’interno della Direzione Management Control. La risorsa, inserita all'interno del team Controllo di Gestione della BU Out Of Home, si occuperà di supportare l'Out Of Home Business Management Control Manager nelle seguenti attività: Gestione del processo di chiusura mensile e reporting dei canali Indipendente (FIS) e Organizzato FSO, garantendo la qualità dei dati nel rispetto delle scadenze; Gestione del processo di pianificazione, in collaborazione con i Business Partners: stima settimanale, Rolling e Budget con analisi economics e varianze per categoria/prodotto; Supporto nelle analisi di profittabilità e business case di prodotto, lavorando congiuntamente al team commerciale. Inoltre, fornirà il proprio supporto anche su specifiche attività inerenti il processo di chiusura gestionale mensile, trasversali alla BU: Creazione e condivisione della Monthly Performance Review; Report profitability; Analisi ad hoc.
REQUISITI RICHIESTI
Laurea in discipline economiche o ingegneria gestionale; Buona padronanza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel e Power Point; Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; la lingua francese sarà considerata un plus; Ottime capacità di lavorare in team; Precisione e attenzione al dettaglio; Proattività e curiosità.INFORMAZIONI CHIAVE SULLA POSIZIONE
