Job Overview Jsolar Tracker is a global leader in tracker solution providers, offering efficient solar energy solutions worldwide. The company seeks a Key Account Manager in Italy to expand relationships, manage sales, and support customers across the European market. Responsibilities Establish and develop business relationships with new and existing customers, expanding sales coverage in Italy and other European countries. Contribute to the design, development, and implementation of the company's sales plan in Spain and European markets. Proactively find new accounts to develop additional business in the region. Identify and develop key accounts in the Italian and European markets, negotiate and follow up contracts. Manage the entire selling process from forecasting to actual product delivery and payment collection for key accounts, coordinating with internal departments. Communicate with customers about upcoming projects and coordinate with Back Office to ensure timely delivery of tracker solutions. Maintain close relationships with existing key accounts to understand their needs, providing technical, financial, logistic, and marketing support. Analyze and monitor account data, develop regular reports on customer information and development trends. Ensure effective reporting of all activities under the managed accounts to the sales director on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Represent the company at local and national exhibitions and conferences. Stay up to date with market information, including competitor and customer benchmarking, and technical and financial market requirements. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the PV sector. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Strong interpersonal skills, able to influence peers. Proactive self-starter, problem solver, innovative, and thrives under change. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Self‑motivated and effectively manages time. Quick thinker, proactive. Passionate about the industry and able to promote this passion in a professional manner regardless of client level. Flexible to travel. Languages Native-level proficiency in English and Italian is required; other languages are a benefit. Location Italy (Key Account Manager Italy) #J-18808-Ljbffr
