Senior CRA II - Italy (Site Monitoring)

Syneos Health Italy S.R.L. is seeking a CRA II / Senior CRA I to support real-world late phase and late‑stage clinical monitoring across Italy.
You will perform site qualification, site initiation, interim monitoring, site management and close‑out visits, on-site or remote, ensuring regulatory, ICH‑GCP and IP adherence and accurate data capture. The role requires up to 75% travel, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
