This is a unique opportunity to join an innovative organization at a pivotal moment and help shape the future of oncology care in Italy We are currently looking for experienced Senior Medical Science Liaison Manager (F/M/X) to support the expansion of its Medical Affairs organization in Italy and contribute to the preparation of a highly promising oncology launch. Your responsibilities ✅ Build and maintain scientific relationships with KOLs, HCPs, academic centers and clinical study sites ✅ Lead peer-to-peer scientific exchanges and communicate relevant clinical data ✅ Support congresses, advisory boards and scientific education ✅ Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, Clinical Operations and other cross-functional teams ✅ Contribute territory insights to medical planning, launch readiness and engagement priorities Your profile Doctoral degree in a scientific or medical discipline 8 years of MSL or comparable industry experience in Italy Strong oncology expertise; lung and GI cancer experience preferred Willingness to travel up to 60% within the territory What you can expect A rare opportunity to join a fast-growing international biotechnology company The chance to contribute to the launch of an innovative targeted oncology therapy A highly autonomous and strategically important field medical role Close collaboration with experienced international and cross-functional teams A home-based position with an attractive compensation package Interested or know someone who might be a strong fit?
