You will work with the DT Business Partner and stakeholders, and act as project manager for implementing agreed changes in current and future applications. You will promote business efficiency analysis, propose digitization projects, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure all phases of the digital transformation are delivered timely, cost‑effectively, and flawlessly. /ph3Responsibilities /h3ulliCollect and analyze business requirements. /liliSupport users in formalizing requirements, addressing solutions, and designing processes from a DT perspective. /liliManage and lead specific tasks or streams within a project: collect requirements, identify phases, monitor progress, train users, and support production operations. /liliSupport users in project activities, testing new functionalities, and coordinating AMS team support. /liliCollaborate with other DT areas to deliver solutions. /liliEngage with third parties/suppliers, validate solutions, and monitor activities, planning, costs, and due dates. /li /ulh3What you need to succeed /h3ulliExperience or knowledge of main supply‑chain processes, preferred in the home‑appliance industry. /liliBasic knowledge of end‑to‑end supply‑chain processes in Planning, Production, Procurement (Direct/Indirect) and integration with Sales, Logistics, and Finance. /liliProven experience with external planning systems and vendor‑portal collaboration usage or implementation. /li /ulh3Qualifications /h3ulliEducation: Degree in Management Engineering or Information Technology. /liliProfessional experience: Minimum 3–5 years in a similar position in multinational or consulting firms, preferably in high‑industrial‑complexity sectors with advanced IT environments. /liliLanguages: Fluent Italian English. /li /ulh3Soft Technical Skills /h3ulliGood project management skills and knowledge of Agile methodologies. /liliAbility to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize requests. /liliCreative and analytical thinker with strong problem‑solving skills. /liliStrong interpersonal and communication skills. /liliSelf‑starting attitude. /liliComfortable working in small and large teams. /liliFlexibility to adjust priorities when business needs change. /liliBasic knowledge of repetitive manufacturing. /liliBasic know‑how on SAP modules such as MM, PP and integration with SD, LE‑TRA, FI‑CO (nice to have). /li /ulh3Other /h3pWilling to travel both domestically and internationally according to project needs. /ph3Employment Details /h3pEmployment Type: Permanent contract, full‑time. /ppNational Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL): Metalmeccanici Privati. /ppMinimum Gross Annual Salary: €50,000. /ppVariable incentive scheme based on predefined performance objectives (KPIs) may be offered. /ph3Benefits /h3ulliFree canteen. /liliSmart working. /li /ulh3Equal Opportunity Employer /h3pHaier Europe is an equal opportunity employer.
