In questa posizione supporti progetti di trasformazione nel settore Supply Chain, Logistics e Procurement per grandi gruppi, contribuendo all’efficientamento dei processi interni. Lavorerai in un contesto di consulenza internazionale, con responsabilità crescenti sullo svolgimento di implementazioni e miglioramenti operativi. Collaborerai strettamente con team trasversali per offrire soluzioni funzionali innovative e sostenere la crescita del cliente. L’opportunità punta a plasmare future operations e a crescere come esperto nel tuo dominio.
Responsabilità- Analisi funzionale e process Mapping
- Business process reengineering e business operation improvement
- Ottimizzazione business services
- Performance Improvement
- Formazione e gestione dei colleghi di team più junior
- Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale (preferibile in Supply Chain)
- inglese fluente
- +3 anni di esperienza in progetti di implementazione di soluzioni/prodotti (es. Sedapta, Kinaxis, o9, CyberPlan, Rel ex, ToolsGroup)
- capacità di lavorare per obiettivi e orientamento al risultato
- buone capacità relazionali e comunicative
- disponibilità a viaggiare per lavoro e familiarità con Office
- Team working
