ppbJOB PURPOSE /b /p pAs Prada Client Advisor, You guarantee an extraordinary and memorable luxury customer experience, placing the Clients at the center, discovering their needs and expectations, fostering meaningful relationships, serving as a Brand Ambassador. /p pYou convey and promote the Brand philosophy and Values to the final Clients guiding them into the world of Prada Brand. /p pYou hold yourself accountable to achieve your individual and store sales target, acting as proactive player in ensuring the best service and responding to the customer needs, both in store and on e-commerce channel. /p pbRESPONSABILITIES: /b /p ul liPlace the Customer at the center, creating a welcoming environment and striving to meet their every need and request, providing them with an excellence service in accordance to the “client journey ceremony”; /li liBe driven to exceed individual sales targets and maximize own sales performances contributing to the success of the entire store; /li liBe driven to exceed KPI goals, ensuring the highest quality of sales and customer service; /li liDemonstrate an excellence knowledge of the products as well as Prada history, culture and DNA; /li liCapture Customer data into the Company CRM with the purpose of connecting to the client, maintaining and developing the relationships to offer a personalized approach and develop future opportunities; /li liFollow up with the Clients, using the CRM tools, in order to strengthen thelong term relationship with clients; /li liHost and conduct appointments either in presence or leveraging technology to do virtual appointments; /li liEmbrace and promote the Omni Channel mindset; /li liBuild and maintain an ample knowledge of the world of luxury fashion by being constantly informed on fashion trends and competitors, with the purpose to be able to discuss them with the clients and to give advises; /li liTake ownership of resolving Client complaints liaising with the line manager and Client Service team, when necessary; /li liOperate with the highest level of care and respect for the Products; /li liUtilize Company digital tools actively to offer a complete and integrated luxury experience; /li liWork in synergy with the Back of House, participating to the daily operations of the store and maintaining an organized stock room; /li liAct in compliance to Company procedures on operational guidelines and stock procedures, as well as security, cash activity, inventory, logistics and all main reporting activities requested by head office, ensuring that Company policies and procedures are proactively executed; /li liWork as a team player and partner with fellow colleagues, foster open and constructive communication, to ensure a consistent exceptional experience and contribute to a positive working environment, embracing Diversity and inclusion values. /li /ul pbKNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS /b /p pPrevious experience in a Client Advisor, Sales Assistant or similar role, preferably within the luxury fashion or premium retail sector. /p pStrong customer orientation and excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients and provide a high-level, personalized shopping experience. /p pPassion for fashion and luxury, with a genuine interest in the brand, its products and heritage, and the ability to effectively communicate product knowledge to clients. /p pResults-oriented, proactive and flexible, with a strong team spirit and the ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced retail environment while contributing to the achievement of individual and store targets. /p pRAL: 30.000 – 33.000 Euro /p pThese activities are intended to be illustrative and not exhaustive. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
