Clariter sta cercando un/a Service Manager per un importante Cliente a Roma. Lavorerai nell’area Sicurezza con responsabilità di garantire qualità, continuità ed efficacia dei servizi di Vulnerability Management e IT Service Management forniti al cliente.
Gestirai team multi-fornitore, monitorerai SLA/OLA e KPI, analizzerai report di sicurezza e supporterai la pianificazione delle remediation, traducendo dati tecnici in linguaggio business e rischi residui.
