Internship - Pricing Analyst

DHL Express Italy , a world-leading company in express transport and logistics services and part of DHL Group, recognized as a Great Place To Work , is looking for a candidate for the Customer Service Management department within the Pricing, Tender & Yield Control team, based at the Innovation Campus in Peschiera Borromeo (MI).

WHAT WE OFFER?

The opportunity to experience the organizational logic and dynamics of a department focused on supporting business development, working alongside the Pricing Team.
A 6-month full-time internship with a monthly allowance of €800 gross plus meal vouchers .
Company shuttle service from Milan (Milano Rogoredo, Lambrate, and Segrate stations).

WHAT WILL YOU BE IN CHARGE OF?

• Implementing tariff management processes in close collaboration with Regional Pricing
• Analyzing customer loyalty to align with express traffic profiles ( Promotion and Shipment to profile )
• Generating reporting related to offers
• Analyzing and monitoring field-implemented offers
• Managing authorization workflows for creating customer quotes and offers

YOUR PROFILE

A candidate with a strong interest in deepening their knowledge of the Pricing world, an analytical mindset, numerical data analysis skills, and an excellent knowledge of Excel and English.

Experience and skills

• Degree, preferably in Economics or Statistics
• Advanced knowledge of Excel ( Access is a plus)
• Advanced knowledge of English (written and spoken)
• Key traits: Flexibility, autonomy, decision-making skills, organizational capability, and teamwork
