Total Rewards & Mobility Policies Expert

In questa posizione ti occupi di guidare l’evoluzione delle strategie retributive di Gruppo tramite analisi avanzate e insight data-driven. Lavorerai a stretto contatto con stakeholder HR/Finance per offrire supporto tecnico-specialistico in reward e analytics. Sarai punto di riferimento per processi di retribuzione, mobility e incentivazione sia a breve sia a lungo termine. Inoltre contribuirai a iniziative di pay transparency e analisi del gender pay gap, in un contesto internazionale a Milano. Unisci rigore analitico e approccio proattivo per guidare decisioni HR di alto valore.
Responsabilità- Condurre analisi HR e retributive con metodi statistici avanzati
- Gestire benchmark retributivi interni ed esterni e sviluppare analisi comparative
- Supportare processi di salary review, executive compensation e sistemi STI/LTI
- Contribuire alle attività legate alla Pay Transparency Directive e al Gender Pay Gap
- Predisporre report/reportistica, dashboard e insight per management e stakeholder HR/Finance
- Collaborare allo sviluppo di framework HR analytics e compensation
- Fornire supporto alle decisioni riguardanti retention e mobilità interna
- Laurea magistrale in uno dei campi indicati
- 4–6 anni di esperienza in HR Reward, Compensation & Benefits, HR Analytics, Reporting o Cost Control
- Ottima padronanza di Microsoft Excel (macro/VBA)
- Buona dimestichezza con strumenti BI (Power BI, Tableau) e SAP SuccessFactors
- Spiccate capacità analitico-quantitative e gestione di dataset complessi
