Group Retail Merchandising & Category Management Assessment Day
Date: October 20th

We are seeking motivated talents to join us at HQ Corporate-Milan to participate in our Group Assessment Day dedicated to our Group  Retail Merchandising & Category Management Internship positions . Main responsibilities:

We are looking for candidates in the following macro-areas: 

Lens Category Management : The intern in the Lens Category function will support the team in the Lens Assortment definition, the performance analysis through report and presentations and the coordination between Corporate and Local category teams. The intern will be involved in the new product launches and will provide support during the entire launch process sharing crucial information to the main stakeholders for the project success, monitoring timelines and managing the New Product roadmap.

Retail/E-Commerce Merchandising : An intern in Retail/E-Commerce Merchandising will play a key part in defining the right product mix, optimizing assortment by segment, and supporting data-informed decisions that drive sales and profitability for Retail/E-Commerce channel. Working closely with local and cross-functional teams, the intern will translate business insights into merchandising strategies that enhance performance and deliver consistent brand experience.

Retail Space Management : An intern in Retail Space Management will support the global Capacity Mapping project, aimed at building store knowledge of the space available for product display and supporting Retail Merchandising in allocating the right product to the right space.   The intern is expected to work closely with corporate and local teams to ensure the effective collection, validation and ongoing maintenance of store capacity data. The role will also include supporting picture master data collection and maintenance, preparing reports, analyses and presentations related to in store display space, and supporting data migration into corporate systems .

Main requirements:

• Master’s degree or equivalent in economics, management engineering or marketing
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills alongside commercial attitude
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and make sound data-driven decisions
• Good knowledge of brands and products across EL portfolio
• Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English and Italian
• A go-getter attitude, curiosity, and strong interest in a career in product or commercial roles

• 950 Eur Gross per month
