Responsabilità
- Identificare e contattare potenziali clienti in Italia.
- Sviluppare nuove opportunità commerciali attraverso chiamate, e-mail, LinkedIn e altre attività di prospecting B2B.
- Presentare i servizi di recruitment e staffing di Felipillon alle aziende.
- Comprendere le esigenze di assunzione dei clienti e sviluppare relazioni commerciali a lungo termine.
- Gestire i follow-up e coordinare le opportunità con il team interno.
- Contribuire alla crescita della clientela e del fatturato nel mercato italiano.
Requisiti
- Esperienza in business development, vendite B2B, acquisizione clienti o sviluppo commerciale.
- Buone capacità di comunicazione, negoziazione e gestione delle relazioni.
- Capacità di lavorare autonomamente da remoto e di organizzare le proprie attività.
- Buona conoscenza del mercato italiano e della lingua italiana.
- La conoscenza dell'inglese costituisce un vantaggio.
- Un approccio proattivo e orientato ai risultati.
Modalità di collaborazione
- Posizione: Freelance / Collaborazione indipendente
- Luogo: Italia, da remoto
- Compenso: 100% basato su commissioni, senza stipendio fisso né reddito mensile garantito.
- Le percentuali di commissione, le condizioni per maturare il compenso e le modalità di pagamento saranno concordate per iscritto prima dell'inizio della collaborazione.
