Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility, worldwide /p pWithin SI Italy organization, bHead of Bid Cost Management /b (based in Rome) is in charge of: /p ul liManage the Tender Quality Costs Delivery Performance (QCDP) commitment for bids, from appointment up to Tender Transfer Meeting (TTM). /li liDeliver a winning proposal, with a defined scope, accurate QCDP commitments, in a timely manner and within the defined tender budget. /li liSupport the Project Manager in the preparation of the First Financial Project Review (FPR0) and the closure of any open actions assigned to bid management, following the TTM and the first project execution gate. /li liSupport the Tender Leader in the preparation of the for Win Loss analysis. /li /ul h3In detail /h3 ul liManage the Pre - tendering phase (when relevant) /li liEnsure compliance with applicable Alstom rules instructions /li liWork in close relationship with Tender Leader and the full tender team including Sub-System bid managers /li liManage the tender team /li liDefine the bid operational strategy /li liPropose the offered solution,p repare risks opportunities reviews and documentation necessary to submit to Customer /li liManage and develop a dedicated team of Bid Cost Management resources towards the full end-to-end execution of tenders within the Roma SI Italy site /li liEnsure that QCDP and staffing aspects are consistently and effectively managed, securing clear commitment from all involved functions /li liAct as Process Owner for Tender Management and Costing processes, ensuring continuous improvement and compliance with Alstom standards /li liContribute to the Management Committee, providing regular (monthly) reporting on bid activities, pipeline performance, and key risks /li liMonitor and drive functional KPIs, ensuring alignment with business targets and continuous performance improvement /li liManage the tender budget, ensuring strict control and alignment between approved budget and actuals, and proactively addressing any deviation /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liMaster’s degree in Engineering /li li+10 years of experience in Project/Bid Management with background especially on costing, planning risk management. /li liKnowledge of ALSTOM processes including particularly the “Golden Rules” and EC compliance /li liSuccessful experience on several medium and highly critical bids within Alstom. /li /ul h3Competencies Skills /h3 ul liVery good knowledge of offered products and systems /li liVery good knowledge of financial, contractual and legal aspects to be able to interface with internal relevant parties, and assess impacts on costing /li liHigh capability to manage efficient team working to produce the tender deliverables within a limited time period and under stressful conditions /li liHigh Communications skills and reporting capabilities /li liA high sense of anticipation /li liNegotiation skills; Customer oriented /li /ul h3Salary Range /h3 pSalary Range 59.600 € - 79,400 €; CCNL (Contratto Collettivo Nazionale del Lavoro) applied: Metalmeccanici Industria /p pAlstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow’s mobility.
