Competenze tecniche richieste
Estrazione DNA/RNAPCR / Real-Time PCRPreparazione librerie NGSWorkflow Illumina e/o Oxford NanoporeMetagenomica e microbiomaQC librerie (Qubit, Bioanalyzer, TapeStation)Analisi dati base e bioinformatica di primo livelloConoscenza file FASTQ/BAM/VCF
