ph3WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH /h3pThis role is based in Milan and reports to the Senior Manager, Sports Specialty, Sporting Goods General Footwear, Italy Greece. /ppYou will implement account strategies that support Nike's Marketplace vision, curate the right assortment to drive net revenue growth, and execute the Nike Consumer Code with the account throughout each season - from showroom and sell-in excellence to in-season trading. /ph3WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR /h3pWe're looking for an energetic, commercially minded individual with a passion for sport and the ability to manage relationships with key performance partners across Italy and Greece. You are a collaborative team player who builds trust, positively influences colleagues and partners, and takes ownership of delivering strong business results. /ppYou bring: /pulliProven commercial and sales experience. /liliStrong written and verbal communication skills in Italian and English. /liliStrong planning, merchandising, and organisational skills. /liliA strong understanding of, and passion for, sport and performance products. /liliStrong analytical skills, with the ability to track and report on account performance and manage the order book. /liliThe ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners. /liliA proactive, self-motivated approach, with curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning and growth. /li /ulh3WHAT YOU'LL WORK ON /h3ulliDevelop seasonal assortments based on merchandising frameworks, ensuring the right seasonal product flow and optimising in-season trading and replenishment to maximise account results. /liliPlan the account business by developing forecasts and scenario plans informed by category, consumer, partner, brand, and marketplace insights. /liliManage the end-to-end account business to drive net revenue growth and net contribution. /liliManage the partner and marketplace by ensuring Nike stories and products are presented effectively within the account and aligned with the Nike Marketplace strategy. /liliManage complex partner relationships to a high standard, independently supporting commercial goals through sound judgement and effective problem-solving while contributing to the team’s collective performance. /liliCollaborate on the partner experience in Milan during sell-in, working closely with office administration, the Milan Experience Lead, and cross-functional partners - including Merchandising to deliver an excellent sell-in experience. /liliActively contribute to and participate in Ground Game (Authenticators). /liliEnsure a recurring and consistent presence in the retail market by collaborating closely with partners and buyers through store visits, staff training, and competitor insights, where relevant and within the travel and expense budget. /li /ulpRelocation is not available for this position /ppApplications for this role will be accepted until September 28th, 2026 /ppThe annual base salary for this position generally ranges from €40.000,00 to €60.000,000.
