It is also present in the segments of Lifestyle and furnishing collaborations. /p h3Job Description /h3 pThe selected candidate will be part of the Human Resources Department and they will be responsible for managing all payroll and administrative activities for our Italian workforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance with current regulations. /p h3Activities /h3 ul liManage employee master data and all documentation related to employment relationships (hiring, transformation, termination), as well as accessory or supplementary documentation for the Italian scope. /li liCollect variable personnel data related to attendance tracking, absences, overtime, and holiday plans; process payslips; and ensure periodic reconciliation. /li liPerform formal communications required by current regulations to public and local entities (INPS, INAIL, etc.), collaborating with service providers and professional firms. /li liCollaborate with the HR department on new hires, variations, deadlines, and terminations. /li liOversee administrative activities related to payslips and labor law (deductions, salaries, contracts, TFR, pension funds, procedures and policies, etc.). /li liManage fiscal and accounting administrative compliance related to employment relationships (compilation of the Single Labor Book, preparation of F24 forms, Uniemens, accounting notes, self-settlement, CUD, 770, travel expenses, reimbursements, health insurance, fund activation), collaborating with an external professional firm. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liBachelor's or Master's degree in Law, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics, or a Master's in HR Management or Labor Law. /li liA minimum of 4 years of previous experience in payroll management. /li liExperience in a payroll consulting firm is preferred. /li liProficiency in English is required, knowledge of a third language will be considered a significant plus. /li liKnowledge of Zucchetti and SAP SuccessFactors will be considered as a plus /li liExcellent knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite /li liConfidentiality, accuracy and speed in carrying out daily activities /li liPredisposition for critical analysis and problem solving /li liAttitude to work with quantitative data /li /ul pbWork Location /b: Milan, full onsitebr/bContract Type /b: Permanent contractbr/bWorking hours /b: Fulltimebr/bApplicable National Collective Labor Agreement /b: Tessile, Abbgliamento, Modabr/bSalary /b:Remuneration will start from €32.000, depending on the experience, skills, and level of autonomy assessed during the selection process, in accordance with objective company criteria consistent with the organization, such as: (i) professional experience gained in similar roles or sectors; (ii) technical and specialist skills relevant to the role; (iii) demonstrated level of autonomy and responsibility; (iv) classification under the relevant National Collective Labour Agreement; and (v) consistency with internal pay equity parameters for comparable positions /p h3Equal opportunities and non discrimination /h3 pThe selection process is open to candidates of any gender, age, origin, orientation or background, in compliance with the principle of equal opportunities, non-discrimination and pay transparency. /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
