The candidate will work as a team player in assigned geography, generating solutions and cost estimates. They will act as a resource in support of the sale to address the customer’s technical and application requirements to ultimately provide an accurate cost of the solution. This position will partner with Sales, Solution Advisors and Solution Design Engineers, vendors, customers, consulting engineers, contractors and delivery and support personnel to deliver estimates in a timely manner that are scoped and cost engineered correctly. All estimates will be expected to be within accordance of HBS business objectives and strategies and ultimately deliver customer satisfaction. /p h3You will need to: /h3 ul liWork with Country sales team and regional proposal and estimation team /li liWork with cross functional team (Sales, Operations, Procurement, Finance, etc.) /li liJoin and lead internal and external calls /li /ul h3Benefits: /h3 pAnnual gross salary from €38.200 and applicable NCBA is Metalmeccanico Grande Industria. Final salary offer will depend on your experience and qualifications and are also based on objective and gender-neutral criteria. /p pRecognition referral bonus programs /p pIn-house and external learning platforms supporting development opportunities /p pGlobal employee networks to help you connect and grow /p pAccess Integrity line - Any workplace issues or violations that need to be raised in good faith, can be communicated in a safe, private and confidential environment /p pFrequent Employee Engagement activities fostering an inclusive and diverse work environment /p phybrid work arrangement to support your work-life balance /p pMonetary contribution or canteen for meals for everyday worked /p h3Your responsibilities: /h3 ul liAssist sales in securing business by developing accurate, timely and professional estimates, on BMS/HVAC systems and on Security and, possibly, Fire, in terms of scope, material and labor effort on a assigned opportunities. /li liCompare the sales information to delivered information and provide guidance on factors to be used for competitive estimating future jobs. /li liSupport Honeywell efforts to obtain or retain competitive position. /li li100% compliance with all required Health and Safety policies. /li liEarly engagement with sales team to understand enquiry / RFQ properly to design and design suitable solution. /li liWork closely with Operation Teams to agree on cost assessments and anticipate risks and individuates synergies. /li liMaintain product knowledge and technical skills to current standards and portfolio. /li liWork on alternate solutions for the enquiry (if required) /li liConduct internal technical reviews assists on Proposal reviews and management approvals review. /li liDevelop detailed Bill of Materials and risks analysis, when necessary. /li liWork closely with Suppliers chain to obtain vendor quotes for all supplies and sub-contracted work.
