Product Owner

Would you like to start a new professional adventure as a Product Owner – Contact Center in one of our opportunities in the Digital Transformation & Customer Experience industry in Milan ?

Your missions?

• Act as the main interface between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment between business needs and IT initiatives.

• Collect, analyze and translate business requirements into clear product priorities and actionable tasks.

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring continuous delivery of value.

• Coordinate and orchestrate different stakeholders involved in Contact Center initiatives.

• Support the evolution and optimization of Genesys-based Contact Center solutions.

• Facilitate communication between business teams, development teams and external stakeholders.

• Monitor initiatives’ progress, identify potential risks and support mitigation actions.

• Contribute to Agile ceremonies and promote effective collaboration across teams.

✍️ Your profile?

• Degree in IT, Business, Engineering or equivalent professional experience.

• At least 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, Functional Consultant or similar role within Contact Center or Customer Experience environments.

• Good knowledge of Genesys platforms (Genesys Cloud CX, Genesys Engage or similar Contact Center solutions) .

• Experience with Agile methodologies, backlog management and stakeholder management.

• Fluent knowledge of Italian and English (B2/C1 level) , both written and spoken.

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in Customer Experience, Omnichannel solutions, CRM integrations or Contact Center transformation projects would be a plus.

Compensation & Pay Transparency

• Gross Annual Salary Range: EUR 26,000 – EUR 50,000 .

• Applicable CCNL: Commerce Sector (CCNL Commercio), or Freelance.

• The salary range has been determined based on objective and gender-neutral criteria.

• During the recruitment process, we will not ask for information about your current or previous salary.
