Stiamo cercando una risorsa da inserire con il ruolo di Product Owner, che abbia voglia di imparare e di lasciare il segno, che sia capace di trasformare insight e dati in esperienze di acquisto memorabili, che ci permettano di migliorare la conversione e i risultati di vendita / di incremento del valore. Il tuo impatto sarà diretto e misurabile: guiderai lo sviluppo di offerte, campagne ed esperienze che parlano al cuore del consumatore moderno. Lavorerai presso il nostro ufficio di Milano , all'interno della Global Business Unit "Supply & Energy Management" (S&EM). Lo scopo di questa GBU è supportare lo sviluppo di nuovi asset rinnovabili e delle attività di fornitura (sia B2B che B2C). L'ambizione è molto importante: crescere del 60% nella fornitura di energia elettrica entro il 2030 e triplicare il volume di elettricità verde venduta. Che cosa farai?
- Analisi e benchmarking : monitorerai costantemente il settore e i competitor per mappare bisogni e opportunità, contribuendo alla definizione del piano di sviluppo prodotti.
- Ascolto attivo e visione strategica : partendo dai bisogni di utenti e prospect per anticipare le esigenze del mercato e tradurle in idee e requisiti di prodotto.
- Gestione end-to-end : guiderai tutte le fasi di creazione e lancio di offerte luce, gas e servizi integrati, dal design al monitoraggio post-lancio.
- Teamwork trasversale : coordinerai stakeholder interni (CX, UX/UI, IT, Billing, Data, Comunicazione) per garantire una delivery efficace e coerente.
- Data-driven mindset : analizzerai KPI e feedback per ottimizzare le performance e proporre miglioramenti continui.
- Comunicazione e contenuti : svilupperai materiali di prodotto e messaggi chiari e coerenti per tutti i canali di vendita e touchpoint.
- Attivazione sinergica delle leve di marketing : collaborerai con i team Digital e Comunicazione per campagne online e offline di successo.
- Sinergia commerciale : lavorerai a stretto contatto con Sales & Digital Growth e Customer Service per accelerare l'acquisizione e la crescita del portafoglio clienti B2C.
- Hai una laurea in Marketing, Economia e Management, Design della Comunicazione o affini.
- Hai maturato esperienza in ambito marketing, product communication, offer management nel settore energetico.
- Conoscenza di strumenti di design (es.Miro) e di CRM (es. Salesforce, Adobe, CPQ).
- Passione per le tecnologie, l'innovazione e gli strumenti di automazione (AI, genAI).
- Familiarità con metodologie Agile, Design Thinking e gestione progetti digitali.
- Curiosità, coraggio, pensiero laterale e voglia di mettersi in gioco.
