IT Monitoring Solution Engineer for German speaking market m/f/d

NetEye, our highly rated Unified Monitoring solution (Monitoring, ITOA, APM, SIEM & LOG Management, Service Management), supports our customers by capturing the health of IT infrastructure, monitoring the availability of IT services, and helping ensure a secure and reliable IT environment. Our innovative and constantly growing company is looking for an IT Monitoring Solution Engineer to strengthen our team.

Responsibilities:

• Deploy and configure NetEye solutions to meet client specifications
• Design network infrastructure (Switch, WiFi, Firewall, Router)
• Provide key user training
• Collaborate closely with R&D and support teams to ensure continuous knowledge sharing

Required skills:

• Experience in system and network monitoring and management
• Strong troubleshooting and incident management skills
• Experience in Linux-based system administration
• Knowledge of Bash and PowerShell scripting
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Fluency in German (native), proficiency in English and Italian
• Knowledge of Elastic stack, Python, Ansible, and Kubernetes is a plus
