Senior ICT Consultant / ICT Project Manager Freelance - Hybrid Work

Supportiamo le aziende nella trasformazione digitale e nel miglioramento della performance della Direzione ICT in Italia, Europa, Medio Oriente e Africa. Siamo alla ricerca di senior ICT Consultant freelance e ICT Project Manager freelance da inserire su progetti di ICT Strategy e Digital Transformation presso clienti di primaria importanza, nazionali e internazionali. Responsabilità La figura avrà il compito di:
- Pianificare, guidare e gestire progetti complessi di trasformazione digitale e ICT dall'inizio alla fine, garantendo il rispetto di tempi, budget e qualità
- Fornire consulenza strategica ai clienti, comprendendo esigenze di business e ICT e sviluppando soluzioni tecnologiche innovative e sostenibili
- Analizzare i bisogni tecnici e organizzativi, proponendo strategie e architetture IT adeguate
- Coordinare e motivare team multidisciplinari, assicurando l'allineamento con gli obiettivi di progetto
- Supervisionare l' implementazione delle soluzioni , monitorando l'avanzamento dei lavori e le performance tramite metriche e KPI
- Redigere documentazione e reporting sull'andamento dei progetti e sui risultati raggiunti
- Laurea Specialistica in Ingegneria (Gestionale, Telecomunicazioni, Informatica) o Economia, o cultura equivalente
- Esperienza : almeno 5 anni in ruoli di consulenza ICT o project management in aziende del settore
- Conoscenza avanzata di metodologie e standard di Project Management e PMO
- Competenze tecniche solide su infrastrutture IT, sistemi, software, sicurezza informatica
- Esperienza nel governo di tutte le fasi di progetto: definizione requisiti, disegno processi, implementazione, test e rilascio
- Capacità di analisi, problem solving e leadership , con ottime doti di comunicazione e presentazione
- Inglese : ottima conoscenza scritta e parlata (almeno livello B2)
- Certificazioni professionali: PMI®, ISIPM, IPMA, PRINCE2, ITIL, TOGAF, Scrum, AWS/Microsoft Azure/Google Cloud, Professional Cloud Service Manager
- Esperienza nel disegno dei processi IT secondo le best practice ITIL e conoscenza dei principali strumenti di IT Governance
